Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese business owner living in the city of Orange California. With my wonderful partner JP and the happy-go lucky dad Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and most people follow me. I share my day-to-day life, both my good and bad days. When I was just 1 and a half years old My family and I immigrated into America. If not for the hard work of my parents I might not even be here today sharing the journey with people like you. So that they could give their children an opportunity to live a prosperous future, I focused on success and worked hard to achieve it. I had a plan in life: go to university, get a job, marry, purchase an apartment and have children. I thought that was the definition of success. However, however, life has other plans to show me the meaning of success. In 2013, I found the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. While the pay and position was good, I didn't feel like the work was satisfying. In reality, I thought I was wasting my time. In 2013, I discovered my love was fitness. I also liked socializing and being able to help others. As I moved towards this direction change in my life, I started to find private training. In 2014 I started my own business, and in the year 2021 I will be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. It's rare to meet an Asian woman in this business. I strive to be a change maker within the business to offer the best coaching and guidance to help individuals to be healthier and happier individual by developing the most sustainable life that meets their personal needs and goals. Also, I'm dedicated to supporting others so that they can reach their goals, pursue their passions and live the life you've always wanted to live. My career was beginning to take off, I had the biggest loss in my life, my mother's loss of life. In Heaven she rests now following an eight-year fight against Scleroderma. Yet, I keep my Mom with me and dream about her each day. Although you may not be able to see it initially, the universe is a way of offering us the things we need. My mother's abrupt death that altered my life for good. In my opinion, it gave me an opportunity to experience living a full and fulfilling life. The day she died at Tet/Lunar New Year Day was an opportunity for her to begin an entirely new chapter. It was my second chance to lead a fulfilled life. In my 30's, I feel more vibrant than I have ever. It is true that I live my life today instead of merely living as I did in the past. When I tell the story of my experiences, it's to ensure that other people will be able to understand my thoughts and feelings. To know that they're not on their own. It is also a sign of genuine love. Also that therapy is necessary and not uncommon. In the end, your the health of your body is the most valuable thing you have. It is my prayer that you experience life at your best and never have regrets about your final days. The death of a person is the only guarantee in life.
