He will cooperate with opposition members in confidence. Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941. He was the son of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. In the age of thirteen Richard and his family relocated across Nebraska, eventually moving to Casper where his dad was the Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture local district for soil conservation.
